Crystal Marie, I used to have this problem. Until, I got me a BlackBerry. And how did that help?
No bullshït, and I don’t say this to stroke any egos (truly I don’t) but this actually works for me. Once the alarm goes off I still hit the snooze button, but then I immediately navigate to VSB. The combination of the light from the screen (gotta squint, tho, can’t be burnin me retinas) and the fact that my brain is actively workin requires me to wake up and my body to respond. This has worked. Every mornin. Don’t always comment. But I be readin, tho.
Snoozing is a way of life. Every clock I have is set ahead. Alarm clock about 20 minutes ahead, phone 7 minutes, car is 15 minutes ahead. Sh*t doesn’t work. I set multiple alarms with one across the room, where I have to get out of the bed to turn it off. I literally turn that b*tch off and get back in the bed, only to hit snooze on my phone a million times.
