Thanks for digging into this Jennifer.  I wonder, which would get you more support ($) a plea based on dismal circumstances or one showing how the investment is paying off.  Seems like in investing we go for the ones that are paying off, but the effort is not as clear when dealing with other things, like the environment. - Bart
