My name is Dannielle Gibson. I'm a 7th-8th grade science teacher in Prince George's County Public School. 

I decided to join this Academy because I attend the Climate Change Academy last year and also enrolled in the Datastreme Ocean course this past fall. Through both courses, my desire to gain a deeper understanding about climate change has increased. I also spend my free time researching current climate news. I am SO excited to be involved in this years climate academy and all that I will learn and experience.
